柏南克：聯準會不急於調升利率

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】美國聯準會主席柏南克表示，美國失業率下降至6.5%的目標，聯準會也不急於調升利率。

柏南克說：「美國失業率降至6.5%，聯準會不會自動採取升息措施。考慮到就業市場的疲軟狀況以及較低的通膨率，聯準會需要一些時間才會上調利率。」

柏南克此番發言等於再度對市場釋疑，而美股3大指數期貨因此上漲，道瓊工業指數期貨指數上漲逾百點，韓國股市開盤上漲超過1%，日本股市則因日圓升值小跌0.2%。
