台北某公司今天公司拿條約要我簽其中有條契約終止 3.乙方擬於中途解除或終止契約時,除有下列情況外,應於30日前通知早方. 可是勞基法不是規定... 依勞基法自請離職預告規定：一、繼續工作三個月以上一年未滿者，於十日前預告之。二、繼續工作一年以上三年未滿者，於二十日前預告之。三、繼續工作三年以上者，於三十日前預告之。當公司條約和勞基法間有相底觸時....是依勞基法吧... 謝謝...弟一次要求簽條約,不太懂 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.184.8
