【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）計劃減碼QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆），加上中國錢荒「空襲」，拖累周一美股開盤立即重挫，道瓊工業指數大跌逾百點。
