問題不是很清楚但希望可以幫我解答

1.為什麼要投資國外的資產
2.為什麼國內資產可能要8%才值得投資，但國外可能5%就值得投資?

因為老師講不是很清楚，加上我又不太懂，上面是我抄的筆記 可能會有點小誤差
