標題[問題] 關於應徵企畫要求寫報告測能力

我是今年碩畢的新鮮人不曉得各位應徵企畫的先進們有沒有遇過這樣的情況在前去面談應徵企畫工作後許多公司都要求你回家做一份企劃書以測出能力是不是符合他們需要有些公司甚至連題目都幫你定好要你針對該題目來發想並寫出企劃報告而我面試了數間要求寫企劃書的公司雖然我的能力可能不比工作經驗久的老鳥但我認為基本該具備的企劃內容都有寫到卻沒有一間願意錄取不曉得是不是真的能力不足以勝任此職務或疑有公司是假藉面試人交提案來解決公司企劃案的惡劣方式，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.68.67
