搜救設備仍未發放 陳世凱關切

市議員陳世凱（四）日在市議會質詢指出，去年消防隊編列了二百八十七萬元採購一批山難搜救設備，但至今都快一年了，山難搜救隊員都還沒拿到裝備，有人接任務還需自己準備登山鞋、排汗衣等設備，他要求消防局重視這群救災弟兄平日辛苦，尤其是最基本裝備，都應準備安妥，才能確保出勤安全。

副市長蔡炳坤表示，這批山難搜救設備廠商履約爭議主因是頭盔未附檢測報告，與當初契約不符，但日前也與廠商申請調解，他也承諾，會加速採購事宜，如採購驗收有問題也會盡快解決，讓山難搜救隊員盡快拿到設備。

消防局長廖明川表示，這批山難搜救設備是為五十位隊員採購，因驗收有問題，所以格外審慎驗收，才至今未發放，但之前同仁們都已有相關設備，不至於需自己花費採購，增添設備只是為了更新使用。
