| 令未標調合油的產品下架 衛福部：於法有據

【張博亭／台北報導】針對「得意的一天蔬菜油」等油品因未標示調合油而被政府要求下架，引發業者不滿，衛生福利部表示，《食品衛生管理法》第17條規定「市售包裝調合油外包裝品名標示相關規定」，規定市售包裝調合油應於外包裝明顯易見處，標明「調合油」字樣；「調合油」字樣之字體，長寬不得小於6公厘；「調合油」字樣的字體顏色必須與產品外包裝底色明顯不同。
