【呂志明、劉昌松／台北報導】頂新製油廠使用大統長基黑心油，替子公司味全代工21項油品，涉犯《刑法》詐欺等罪嫌，檢調昨天晚間以被告身分將味全董事長魏應充等人約談到案，今天清晨3時20分許，被移送北檢複訊時，魏的3名保鑣竟然與採訪媒體爆發肢體衝突，惡意動手推擠記者，阻擋採訪，害記者受傷送醫。
