| 台大生蘭嶼騎車未戴安全帽2死

【劉人瑋／台東報導】昨天晚上10時，16名台大生物產業傳播暨發展學系大一學生, 結束蘭嶼貯存場後方的潮間帶夜間觀察', 準備騎車回民宿，落後的2人蔡東翰（19）載著王詩涵（19）卻撞到護欄，王女當場飛出翻落1.5公尺深的坡下，後腦破裂當場死亡，蔡男則內出血送台東急救仍不治。
同學表示，昨早才剛到蘭嶼，還計劃今天要浮潛，所有人感情不錯才一同出遊，事發時大家只聽到強大的撞擊聲， 回頭找尋卻見到2人倒地。警方表示，當地道路十分筆直，可能因2人未載安全帽加上路況不熟, 才造成憾事。

埔里鎮梁姓婦人命案，友人指出，梁婦為人熱心開朗，育有兩子、一女，一個人拉拔孩子長大，發生這樣的憾事，實在令人不敢置信。
梁婦王姓前夫表示，李明哲與女兒是小學同學，由於李嫌沒有固定職業，所以他反對兩人交往，李嫌因此曾到前妻住處鬧自殺，但後來李嫌再糾纏女兒，前妻並沒有告訴他。知道李嫌可能對前妻不利，所以昨天下午打前妻電話，從來不曾未接電話的前妻，竟然未接電話，他就感覺不妙，果真發生此憾事。
