【林師民／新竹報導】新竹縣竹北市博愛街金其華銀樓，前天凌晨遭歹徒鑽氣窗侵入，偷走近百條、共101兩重的金項鍊，警方昨逮回竊嫌謝姓男子(32歲)，今早宣布破案。
警方調查，謝嫌發現該銀樓設備較老舊，前天凌晨從未上鎖的2樓氣窗爬入，搜括放在櫃台未收進金庫的近百條金項鍊後逃跑，離開時從2樓氣窗外摔下，摔斷右腳踝。
警方發現，謝嫌因找不到自己手機，行竊時竟用店家室內電話撥打自己手機，讓自己身分曝光，警方再比對監視器，昨確定謝嫌犯案，到家中逮人，他因受傷無法銷贓，所有金項鍊都找回。

| 新北市「住宅補貼」逾6000戶 22日開放申請

【顏嘉瑩／新北報導】新北市政府提供的「住宅補貼」方案將於7月22日起至8月30日受理申請，共計補貼6000多戶的租金補貼、自購住宅貸款利息補貼，及修繕住宅貸款利息補貼，民眾備妥相關資料後，可向新北市政府城鄉發展局或各區公所提出申請。
城鄉發展局局長張璠表示，「住宅補貼」分為第1類的租金補貼，每月每戶最多可補助4000元，最長補助1年；第2類是自購住宅貸款利息補貼，最多可有220萬元優惠利率；第3類是修繕住宅貸款利息補貼，每戶最多可貸80萬元優惠利率。而自購貸款及修繕貸款可以同時與財政部辦理的青年首購（最高額度500萬元）搭配。
城鄉發展局住宅發展科科長陳建吉說，新北市今年預定辦理戶數為租金補貼5105戶，自購住宅貸款利息補貼1031戶，修繕住宅貸款利息補貼633戶，且為免偏遠地區民眾7月22日後可上網下載申請書表或向各區區公所索取相關申請資料。
