【綜合報導】埃及軍方向政府提出48小時回應人民要求的時限，在台灣時間3日晚上10點半到期，據傳軍方和政府高層會談後，將會發表聲明。
根據當地媒體報導，反對政府的民眾，聚集在開羅解放廣場，一起倒數最後時間，等著慶祝勝利。

【張世瑜／高雄報導】高雄市鼓山區一名罹患精神疾病男子，今天上午自四樓家中陽台爬出，呆坐3樓遮雨棚上，對面住戶見狀連忙報。消防隊消抵達後先在地面鋪設氣墊，再升起雲梯慢慢靠近男子，警員則在3樓警戒，順利將男子救下。
據鄰居表示，該名男子昨天才剛從高醫出院，沒想到竟發生這種驚魂事件，很擔心獨居的男子無人照料會再發生意外。
