| 警媒包庇電玩案 《聯合報》記者交保

【劉志原／台北報導】警媒包庇張廣元電玩弊案，12名在押被告移審台北地院後，法官晚間9時宣示，電玩集團中兩名女會計蔡幸螢、詹家楨各以10、20萬元交保候傳，《聯合報》前記者張榮仁獲以50萬元交保。法官指出，張榮仁雖有逃亡之虞，但只被起訴賭博輕罪，未被起訴貪污罪，因此准予交保。其餘被告尚未裁定是否准予交保。

| 苗栗縣長劉政鴻堅持依法拆除大埔4戶

苗栗縣長劉政鴻今晚說，感謝中央支持縣府依法行政立場，縣府會依據去年7月內政部都委會第784次會議結論執行，但會先加強溝通後，再依法執行，大埔4戶強制拆除的立場依舊不變。
拆遷戶張森文（張藥房）表示，不能接受，會繼續保衛家園抗爭到底；2010年時任行政院長承諾「原屋原地保留」，行政院自己的公文，白紙黑字也都會變，根本就是自打嘴巴，請中央信守承諾。朱樹長子朱炳坤說，已經絕望！吳敦義信用破產，我們小老百姓已盡最大努力，只能用「無言」來形容。黃福記二兒子黃坤麟強調，堅持抗爭到底；柯成福兒子柯智傳也說，吳敦義出爾反爾，說一套做一套，這是很可怕的事，會抗爭到底。
