| 吾爾開希嗆馬 人權立國是雙重標準

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】中華人權協會今邀請中國維權律師陳光誠、中國民運人士吾爾開希就「推動大陸政治及法治改革的困境與發展」交流對話。吾爾開希表示，人權應是高於政治、不懼政治，但陳光誠這次來台，卻無法與總統馬英九、立法院長王金平見面，「總統號稱人權立國，但是面對人權議題，卻有過多政治考量，竟是畏懼中國大陸的政治考量，令人遺憾」。
吾爾開希也批評，台灣拒絕維吾爾運動領袖熱比婭申請來台，但她在世界通行無阻，只因中國通報她是恐怖份子，台灣就拒絕發給簽證，面對中國這個踐踏人權最嚴重的國家，只有台灣買帳，「馬總統，你的人權立國，為何到這裡就是雙重標準？」
他指出，政治人物首先要無畏，才能讓人民不害怕，若政治人物這樣害怕，必然影響人民國信心。吾爾開希說，台灣可以在民主人權上做得很好，得到國際認同，這是國際社會資產，若把資產丟掉，人權向政治妥協，表現出自己的恐懼，這是最不智的選擇。
