| 追逐輾死騎士 傷害致死判刑

宜蘭33歲黃姓水電工在今年母親節凌晨開車出門買消夜，遭酒醉吳姓機車士在路上蛇行，黃按喇叭示意超車，吳不爽按喇叭反超車，兩人爆發口角，一路追逐到暗巷，黃趁機將機車撞倒，再將吳輾死，檢察官依殺人罪嫌提起公訴，由於雙方達成賠償和解，宜蘭地方法院審結，改依傷害致死罪判處3年8個月有期徒刑。

| 依指揮未兩段左轉 罰單撤銷

廖姓男子騎機車左轉，遭對向闖紅燈的機車撞傷，還因未兩段式左轉遭開單罰款。廖提行政訴訟；法官認為，當時許多機車直接左轉，指揮交通的員警並未制止，且指揮的手勢令人確信允許機車直接左轉，廖左轉不算違規，判撤銷罰單。
