| 高雄竊嫌拒捕 意圖搶槍遭警擊斃

高雄市2日發生一起竊盜案，1名竊盜通緝犯林嫌，被警方發現藏身於橋頭區一處鐵皮屋內，警方立即前往緝捕嫌犯，雙方發生槍戰，林嫌被警方連開4槍後送醫不治，其中1警員也遭流彈波及，所幸無生命危險。
據《蘋果日報》報導，2名警員獲報消息，於2日下午前往查緝，警方到達現場發現林嫌，立即喝令站在原地，林嫌竟反抗還意圖搶槍，其中1警員向林嫌連開4槍，造成林嫌腹部大量出血，送醫不治。

據香港中評社報導稱，美國參議院針對釣魚台事件通過譴責大陸案，引起國際矚目。雖然不能代表美國政府的立場，但卻會造成輿論形成壓力。美國對此事的終極目的就是不要捲進釣魚台爭端，美國認為中日為了釣魚台那麼小的利益而對峙並不划算，一旦擦槍走火，勢必會被捲進去。
