| 野生動物監測會議 8/5下午召開

農委會野生動物監測計畫將在8月5日下午1點半在林務局召開，這項計畫研擬主動監測10種食肉目野生動物，內政部營建署、林務局、特生中心、林試所及10位野生動物專家將組團籌備主動監測方案，最快九月開始由800名巡山員入山調查。
屏科大獸醫陳貞志建議，應在已發生案例的高危險地區及周邊，以大量活體捕捉陷阱，快速進行野生小型食肉目動物的捕捉、採樣和狂犬病篩檢，每區至少100隻個體，由南投、台東向外擴大範圍，探究族群密度、了解物種帶有抗原及抗體比率、以及分析染病及未染病動物接觸率，至少3個月可得知初步資料，若更深入則須1年。
