| 外交部：具體修補台菲合作關係

外交部長林永樂今表示，會晤菲律賓特使培瑞茲時也當面提出四點要求，包括希望菲律賓盡速完成起訴，嚴懲涉案人員、台菲盡速舉行下階段漁業會談、建立海上執法不能使用暴力與武力的機制、具體動作修補台菲合作關係，推動洽簽經濟合作協定。

| 外交部：即日起取消十一項制裁措施

外交部長林永樂今晚間舉行記者會表示，針對我方要求的道歉、賠償、嚴懲兇手與台菲漁業談判，菲方都已有具體回應；根據國安會議、馬英九總統及行政院長江宜樺的指示，我方即日起取消對菲律賓的十一項制裁措施。
