| 薄熙來被控貪污工程款500萬元

【大紀元2013年08月22日訊】（大紀元記者陳怡蓮綜合報導）目前，薄熙來案開庭已數小時，濟南中院起訴指控，薄熙來在擔任遼寧省長期間，貪污工程款500萬元。
起訴書指控：薄熙來犯貪污罪。薄熙來擔任中共大連市委書記期間，市政府一個改造工程是由薄熙來直接負責，時任大連市城鄉規劃土地局局長王正剛承辦。2002年3月工程完工後，該單位通知王正剛，撥款500萬元給大連市政府。

立院三讀通過《公共債務法》後，當時朝野立委輪番上陣搶著發言慶賀，一副「債多不愁」的模樣。
殊不知，在缺乏《財政收支劃分法》修法，併同考量地方償債能力、財政紀律等配套下，增加舉債額度上限，並不能真正解決「富市窮鄉」的病灶，只是跛腳的半套財政改革。
