【塗豐駿／台北報導】刑事局日前偵破一個以台灣為基地的電信詐騙集團，利用電腦網路，用電腦語音隨機向中國民眾發送社會福利卡遭盜刷的訊息，再由假公安聯絡被害人，聲稱被害人的身分資料遭歹徒利用，必須將資金匯入指定帳戶，否則將被凍結，初估已騙取中國民眾數十億元人民幣。
