| 立委：違法監控帳戶 銀行：處理瑕疵

「調查局違法監控個人銀行帳戶！」台聯立委黃文玲10日召開記者會，指出她去年9月前往富邦銀行大安分行，想匯出50萬元存款，卻被行員告知該帳戶因列入「洗錢防制黑名單」已遭凍結；黃瞭解後發現，其個資、所屬政黨及其父前中選會主委黃石城，都在監控範圍內，「此舉已構成侵犯財產權。」富邦銀行對此表示，匯款問題是處理瑕疵，與調查局無關。
