基隆市北寧路山除石任務完畢，今上午11時恢復通車，工務處昨持續派怪手清理邊坡落石，並在山坡地舖帆布防侵蝕，堆太空包進行擋水工程（圖）。因施工封路近半月，附近店家獲知今可通路都相當興奮，咖啡廳業者說：「終於等到這一天！」表示封路至今都是做賠本生意，他說：「開店是為了不讓員工放無薪假！」幾乎都是警員與記者來消費。海產店老闆娘表示，偶爾會有「觀石客」前來用餐，並苦笑說：「加減賺啦！」
