【綜合報導】竹東鎮田姓少年（17歲），前晚無照騎機車載8歲弟弟外出吃消夜，途中遇上同方向一輛休旅車違規跨越雙黃線迴轉，因閃避不及擦撞車頭摔車，他右手骨折，後座弟弟摔飛20公尺遠，因未戴安全帽頭部重創送醫不治，他傷心跪在急診室弟弟冰冷遺體前哭喊「弟弟，對不起！對不起！你快起來呀！」，懊悔不已。
