| 地下涵管冒水 板橋停車場積水3公分

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天凌晨4時許，板橋民生路的一處地下停車場，突然冒出一灘積水，深達2、3公分，以為是颱風外圍環流的降下豪雨造成。管理人員察看後，才發現原來是地下涵管的水，不明原因從排水孔冒出；經抽水後，積水已逐漸退去，未對停放車輛造成影響。
