【陳嘉恩／台北報導】中度颱風天兔漸行漸遠，台灣陸地已經脫離暴風圈，中央氣象局在上午8時30分解除陸上颱風警報。天兔上午8時的位置在鵝鑾鼻西方約310公里海面上，以每小時19公里速度，向西北西進行。氣象局預計傍晚左右可解除海上警報。

| 疑因喪失監護權 男子住家內燒炭

【陳冠宇／新北報導】新北市1名陳姓男子清晨5時許，於住家房間內燒炭，所幸陳男母親及時發現，趕緊報警將他送醫急救，所幸送醫時仍有呼吸心跳。陳母向警方表示，兒子應是因為小孩被前妻帶走，喪失了監護權，才會想不開走上絕路。由於陳男並未留下遺書，確切原因仍有待查明。
