台灣高等法院今天審理國民黨對立法院長王金平假處分提抗告案，審判長魏麗娟勸雙方和解，為國家著想。國民黨人士表示，目前沒有這樣的考量與規畫。至於後續，由於司法程序仍進行中，國民黨沒有進一步的說明。

| 台南古蹟林百貨 明春將開幕

台南市定古蹟「原林百貨店」由市府委託民間「高青開發」經營管理，今天舉行簽約儀式，首創古蹟再利用為文創百貨的先例，市長賴清德以一面仿製的店旗送給高青開發，將於今年12月5日「林百貨店」開幕81周年紀念時，重新升旗，象徵林百貨的新生；市府文化局預告，林百貨可望於明年春天農曆春節前後正式開張。
