| 1999話務員離職率高 2年走192人

【蔡亞樺／台北報導】北市議員賴素如今天質詢表示，1999市民熱線啟用多年，據調查有1成市民不滿意1999，以平均每月服務通話量17萬4842通計算，每月有1.7萬多通不滿意，等於一年有21萬人不滿意，研考會卻沒思考改善，加上話務人員離職率高，2年多來走192人，每月離職率多次超出離職率不得超過6％標準，影響1999話務品質，更直接影響市民對1999滿意度，要求研考會改善。北市研考會主任委員袁乃娟答覆，將會檢討並加強人員訓練。

【呂品逸／新北報導】新北市1名廖姓女子今天凌晨1時許，在樹林光興街上的住家聽見樓下發出巨大聲響，趕緊下樓查看，發現1名廖姓男子騎機車摔車，撞上停在路旁的機車，廖女趕緊報警；警消趕抵發現李男渾身酒味，隨即對他進行酒測，發現酒測值達0.27毫克，當場將他帶回派出所訊問，依公共危險罪移送法辦。
