| IMF世銀：美債違約有毀滅性後果

【陳家齊／綜合外電報導】世界銀行總裁金墉周日警告，若美國國會無法在周四（17日）前提高債限，恐將導致升息、全球經濟成長放緩、企業信心下跌等後果，將對窮國造成「災難性的影響」。國際貨幣基金（IMF）主席拉加德（Christine Lagarde）也警告，若美國無法提高舉債上限並重啟政府營運，恐像2008年金融危機「讓全球經濟陷入衰退」。
