【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】根據北京《新京報》記者實驗指出，在關閉門窗，且不開抽油煙機的情況下，測試蒸、煮、炸、炒四種方式產生懸浮微粒PM2.5的數值變化。發現油炸、炒菜時產生PM2.5是蒸、煮的8倍到近20倍，達到嚴重污染甚至破表級別。
