【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】傳出美國情報局「越界」監聽法國境內數千萬通電話，對此，法國總統歐蘭德相當不高興，今日稍早表示對於美方的舉動「相當不能接受」(deep disapproval)，認為會傷害美法之間的盟友關係，希望美國總統歐巴馬能「說清楚、講明白」。
