| 美首件長效止痛劑上市 專家憂藥物遭濫用

【大紀元2013年10月26日訊】（大紀元記者黃凱熙編譯報導）美國食品和藥物管理局25日公佈，已批准首件使用單一配方的止痛劑上市。這種未摻雜其他處方的鎮痛劑，其止痛的效果更強、藥效持續更久。但藥物專家則擔心由於這種藥的效果顯著，會造成有疼痛問題的病患更加依賴止痛藥，而不去查就造成疼痛的病因，使美國濫用止痛藥的情況更加嚴重。
根據美聯社報導，美國食品和藥物管理局（FDA）25日公佈，已核准長效型止痛藥Zohydro ER上市，這種藥物適用於「必須長期每天服用多次止痛藥，且不能與其它藥物混用治療的病患」。換言之，Zohydro ER是一種用於治療慢性重度疼痛症病患的新藥。
